Important Information
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Please note these rides are not included in ticket 1) Electric karting 2) Advanced Scuderia Challenge.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
- Children aged 2 and under may enter the Yas Island Theme Parks for free and do not require an admission ticket or reserved space.
Individuals aged 3 and above must hold a valid, paid admission ticket to gain entry.
